I believe your worth is not defined by your latest achievement.

For years, I believed the next goal, promotion, or positive feedback would finally make me feel secure. But every time I reached something, the relief was short-lived. There was always another 'mountain to climb.'
Looking back, I didn’t need more ambition or discipline. I needed to separate my self-worth from my performance.
I call this pattern the “insecure overachiever”: someone who looks successful, while internally never feeling quite enough. I’m a Business & Mental Coach, supporting high achievers who are tired of constantly proving themselves and using achievement as proof of worth.
I spent ten years in multinational environments, in leadership and regional roles. I worked in a setting where high performance, constant change, and pressure of high responsibility were part of everyday life. Most recently, I worked as Brand Director for Central Europe at Procter & Gamble.
I led multicultural, multifunctional teams,
and was responsible for the strategic growth of
multi-million-dollar brands.
I know the pressure on decision-makers, the
expectations of performance culture, and the
inner tension,
when someone tries to keep proving themselves for
long time.
I spent two years as an expat in Switzerland. I know
firsthand what it means to build a career in a new
environment while being far from family and friends.
I moved during Covid, and despite a difficult start, it became one of the most defining and beautiful chapters of my life. It deepened my self-awareness, strengthened my mental resilience, and taught me how to build new relationships while maintaining old ones across long distances.
Sport has always been one of the anchors in my life.
I played competitive handball for thirteen years,
and I still regularly challenge myself, whether
through a 30-kilometer run, scuba diving, or tennis.
For me, sport is not only about endurance and
physical performance, but also about the inner
strength and mindset that matter both in sport
and in business.
It taught me to stay focused, remain calm under
pressure, and handle setbacks. These skills often
appear in coaching. Building on my athletic and
leadership experience, I am currently completing a
Sport Mental Coaching and Team Coach qualification.
Your title, performance reviews, and results do not define your value.
Overtime alone does not make you more valuable.
Uncertainty does not mean you are not good enough.
I will not tell you what to do. I will ask questions, sometimes uncomfortable ones.
In coaching, we also highlight your strengths so you can see and trust them more clearly.
